Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your Orthaheel purchase or it isn't what you are looking for, you can return or exchange the merchandise if:

You purchased the product through our website and
•
It is within 30 days of the original purchase date
To return or exchange merchandise, please follow these simple steps:

Refer to the Return/Exchange instructions you received with your order.

Complete the Return Form and include it with the merchandise in the original shipping carton.

All packages should be sent via a trackable method such as USPS Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS or Federal Express. Orthaheel is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please note that merchandise must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges will be shipped via surface delivery at no additional charge.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days to process your return or exchange.
