Due to a spinal paralysis, Transverse Myelitis, 12 years ago, I was left with bi-lateral foot drop. I fell in 2004, broke my left ankle, and continued struggling living in braces. Had a modified fusion 4/2011 on the left ankle, and a tendon transfer 8/2011 on the right ankle by Dr. Myerson at Mercy Hospital in Baltimorre. Since I now live with NO braces, my mission was to get shoes that not only looked attractive, but supportive for my new feet. Hats off to Orthaheel! I own 4 pair of Orthaheel shoes, and walk through life supported with stylish shoes.

The style is good, i love the othotic but it was too wide. So, unfortunately, i had to send it back. Would love it if there was a style for narrow feet.

This is my third pair of Orthaheel shoes and the second of Aradia Mary Janes. I wanted to add another color. The first Mary Janes have been my most frequently worn shoe since I bought them six months ago. I experienced immediate comfort for day long wearing despite their rather lightweight feel and construction. I was developing a callous and some soreness/burning across the ball of one foot when on my feet for a prolonged time. The Orthaheel shoes eliminated that very quickly.

Having PERFECTLY flat feet with severe pronation, your engineering is exactly what I needed....wish I had it many years ago, would have saved me a lot of knee pain & a lot of money $$$ Love these shoes, but are a little tight, need wider...next size would be too large, so I have to wear them only for a short time, then my left foot swells....but, I am NOT discouraged, just wish you had MORE styles in ladie's closed toe that are fashionable. Tried to buy your orthodic insoles & each one for my foot/size was sold out, will check again later. Seeing my foot doctor next week & plan to take shoes/literature to her,know she will be very interested. Love shoe, just wish could wear longer...wish you would hurry & get more styles. If my foot doctor approves, will order the Walker right away.

The shoes is very comfortable. I will recommend it to my friends.
