My heal pain was gone the first time I inserted the gel heel in my work shoes. I'm having less knee pain also. I'm hoping the rough skin on heels disappears soon too!!

I am very pleased with the gel heel orthotics I purchased. I put them in my tennis shoes and it really helped my heel problem, and knee problem. I gave a pair to a friend and she also thinks they are great as she has lower back and leg problems. They have helped both of us. I give them a top rating.
