the support feels really nice. just getting used to the shoe itself, but it seems to be good. no heel pain! a good investment.

Best sandals I have ever worn.... no more leg or back pain and no pain in the ball of my left foot... doesn't matter how much they cost... they FEEL GREAT !

Thanks to my husband forwarding me an email detailing these great sandals, I am now wearing my second pair. I love the support, no tired feet or sore spots. I wore my first pair for over a year. I was fortunate to be able to watch my Dad work on shoes all of my life as he was a shoe cobbler and repairman. I grew up in a small town in Arizona next to one of the largest fresh water lakes and when I was not in sandals or thongs at the lake I was riding horses and spent a lot of time in cowboy boots. I feel like I know how a great pair of shoes need to fit and these diffidently fit my expectations of a solid, light weight, supportive and comfortable sandal. I think these are by far the best Summer, Winter, Fall and Spring time sandals I have ever purchased. I was pleased to see several of the styles of sandals in a store in Las Vegas. I tried on the lady tennis shoes at that time and loved them too. I am in and out of the house all day running around the yard, the garden, my office and our warehouse. We have great weather about 11 months of the year and I literally wear them year round. I can't wait until I can get another pair. Thanks for a great sandal.

My doctor told me I could never wear flip flops again. I can't wait to tell him he was sooooo wrong! I bought these CASCADES and they are wonderful. My heels no longer feel like I’m walking on razor blades. I also bought the TIDES as well, but from another site. These CASCADES are not as high in the arch as the TIDES, but they still feel great. The strap is suede, so it best not to use these poolside, just for walking around. Save the TIDES for the pool.
They run true to size. I am a 9-1/4 (yes...usually have to buy 9 1/2 for running shoes), and the size 9 worked fine.

This sandal is very comfortable and sporty looking with a good arch support. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and after wearing these I am pain free. Great sandal for the beach or just wondering around in.
