Instant relief, no kidding. Firm arch support that doesn't feel funny. Heel cup still great wih 1/4 in lift. DO order the whole size up. It works. All I can say about this shoe is it was perfect on day 1, July 9, 2010, and is still perfect on August 17, 2010. I have the painful Mortons Neuroma and haven't felt it since started wearing these shoes everyday. I'm looking for a casual shoe just like it to dress it up a bit. I can't wear anything else!!!

How many ways can one say thank you. I have been suffering with foot problems and lower back problems for the last several years. I have had many medical treatments and uncounted money spent toward relief. I tried your shoes and in the matter of 30 minutes most of the pain has either disappeared or been significantly reduced. Where has your product been hiding for so long. I unreservedly recommend your product to anyone who has lower back and foot pain that is not medically induced. How do you spell relief? Orthaheel
