Wave Sandal

I have had plantar fasciitis for the last 4.5 years (I've had cortisone shots, custom orthotics and physical therapy) It comes and goes and is never really totally gone. I purchased these sandals on a whim. I have worn them every day inside the house and cannot tell you what a huge difference these have made. It is seriously like a miracle! For anyone with plantar fasciitis you must at least give these a try. I'm eagerly awaiting the 3/4 inserts and the luna slippers so I can use these as my outdoor flops this summer. I have only been wearing them two weeks (so I still do have some pain when not wearing, but do not have pain with them on). I wear an 8.5-9. I initially purchased these in a 9 and they were OK. I went back to the store after they had got a shipment in with some size 8's. It was a huge difference! I'd recommend purchasing a size down if you are a 1/2 sizer. The straps were initially a little snug, but after wearing them for a week they have stretched out very nicely. I'm so excited that these are working, and that I will actually be able to wear flip-flops without damaging my feet. I hope Orthaheel comes out with some cute fall shoes b/c I will be purchasing more. Again if you have plantar fasciitis, you will love these. I hope all the plantar fasciitis sufferers have as good of luck as I have!
