My heal pain was gone the first time I inserted the gel heel in my work shoes. I'm having less knee pain also. I'm hoping the rough skin on heels disappears soon too!!

I am very pleased with the gel heel orthotics I purchased. I put them in my tennis shoes and it really helped my heel problem, and knee problem. I gave a pair to a friend and she also thinks they are great as she has lower back and leg problems. They have helped both of us. I give them a top rating.

Loved to walk until I had the plantar fascitis, the heel pain was excrutiating; ordered a pair of the Gel Heel Orthotic and I can walk with my favorite pair of sneakers pain free...it's quite amazing and it gives me freedom to keep walking ...

Got a free pair with recent purchase of sandals. Inserted them into a pair of old walking sneakers to give them a try. Oh, my goodness! Made those old shoes better then they were new. Now those old shoes have become my favorite. I sure am impressed with the comfort these inserts have made.
