I have been a bartender for 45 years!! My feet are flat with a high instep, two callouses on the ball of each foot, two corns in one callous (one of which is deeply rooted) on the right foot and the right foot suffered from plantar fascitus. (ooops, spelling, who cares the way that condition hurts!!!) My beautiful feet are SENSITIVE!! (SMILE) Anyway, I purchased two pairs of the Tide Sandals, (a white and black pair) perhaps a year ago. These sandals are so WONDERFUL to my sensitive feet. The callouses are getting smaller and the corns in the callous no longer give me grief and pain!! Thank you Orthaheel!!! Now, as for all year, I purchased toe sox and wear my Orthaheel Tide Sandals when it is cold outside. After all, I live in Boston. I just need to know when it is time to purchase a new pair. How do I know when a pair is worn out?

Ok, so I'm not one to write reviews. I usually just read them when trying to decide what is the best product for me, but I'm so impressed with these shoes that I simply had to share it with everyone. After reading through all the reviews, I decided to give Orthoheel a shot. According to the product selector one of my best bets was the Wave since I have flat wide feet. I found a local store to go try them on only to find out when I got there that all the had was the Tide sandal in black. The guy said they couldn't keep them on the shelf and that was all they had left. So I tried them on and wow! I have plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis which I'm sure is due to my flat feet and the lack of support I've have with my previous flip flops. I can't walk barefooted period, I'm here to say that from the moment I put these shoes on, my pain disappeared. I do stll have mornings where I wake up and my heels are achy, but the moment I slide these shoes one while getting out of bed, the pain is gone within moments. The straps are a little snug for me, but have loosened just slightly making them the perfect fit. My mother was with me the day I bought these and she loved them so much, she bought a pair as well. I'm very particular about my shoes. I used to live in heels and love them, but my feet don't feel the same. I have been desperately trying to find a cute flip flop while still fixing my problem. The Tide sandal in black is just perfect with about everything I wear! They are perfect and I'm a customer for life!

I was born with clubbed feet and have had multiple surgeries and have lingering effects and foot pain. I had a tough time believing these flip flops would work for me, but went ahead and gave it a try. I'm SO glad I did. They took a little getting used to, but now I wear them all the time. I cannot imagine wearing normal flip flops anymore. The provide a lot of support, but are not rigid.
If you are on the fence, they are worth the try! I hope to get another pair soon.

I was having a lot of leg and knee pain from my flip flops. I bought the Tide Sandal and all of the pain is gone. Super comfortable. Good looking, so you can wear around the house and out to a casual dinner. I love this sandal, you will too.

These are the first flip flops I can wear all day long, no matter what activity I am performing. I have MS and have foot pain and fatigue due to fallen arches and pronation problems. After trying dozens of sandals, shoes and gym shoes, these are the first ones that I can walk pain free with.

The style can be dressy as well as casual, allowing more flexability in clothing options, and without looking like granny shoes! I have recommended them to all my friends, and they are now also hooked on the comfort they provide.

I love everything about these sandals, they don't go with everything but I wear them anyway. Since I live in Charleston,SC I may be wearing them this winter in my classroom. I'm hoping you will have something for this winter.

My arches have fallen over the years and I needed some great arch support. I have a prescribed arch support insert but come summer I want to wear flip flops. These were perfect and I have hardly taken them off since I received them. I have ordered a pair for my young daughter who has arch support problems too.

After three years of podiatrist visits, multiple injections, shoe inserts and foot brace I ordered a pair of wave sandals. Oh my ..... you have answered my prayers. The only option left before I found your orthoheel sandals (and I have several styles now) was surgery. They are well worth the money and my only request is that you make some in dress shoe styles!!!! In WV you can only wear them for the late spring and summer months and during the winter I suffer w/o them except for sneakers. THANK YOU FOR SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSING PLANTAR FACIATIS!!!!!

Love Love Love the tide sandal. I haven't taken them off my feet since receiving them in the mail. I have high arches and this sandal is just perfect. I just bought 2 more pairs for next summer.

I have alot of problems with my feet. I have a wide foot, bunions, plantar faciitis, and heel pain. I put these sandals on and they were amazing. My foot pain was gone. My only problem with them is the straps. They are too tight over the foot. I wish they were a little looser or make the shoe in wide width and maybe the strap would be looser.
