- You purchased the product through our website and
- It is within 30 days of the original purchase date
- To return merchandise, please follow these simple steps:
- Download the Return/Exchange Form
- Complete the Return Form and include it with a copy of your Packing List (sent with your order) and the merchandise in the original shipping carton.
- Send via a trackable method such as USPS Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS or Federal Express to:
