For the greatest comfort, we recommend wearing your new Orthaheel footwear or orthotics for just a few hours for the first few days to allow your feet to adjust to the new level of orthotic comfort and support.

Within one to two weeks you should find the product completely comfortable and supportive.

My wife ordered her sandals months ago and told me they were the only shoe that felt comfortable and offered her great support. I ordered a pair and was not disappointed. The sandals are comfortable and help my posture too. I would recommend orthaheel to everyone I come in contact with if they are looking for a comfortable and supportive shoe.
The only drawback is that they do not have a man's dress shoe.

I have worn these shoes everyday all day, and I love them. I have had zero foot pain since I started wearing them. Now if the company could only make high heals that would be great also. I must say thumbs up!!!!!!

Excellent sandles

I suffer from plantars fascitis and have nto been able to wear sandles for over a year until I got these. They feel great even after several hours. Love being back in sandels in the summer.
